Terms of Service

Last updated 10 August 2026

These terms govern use of Cashflow OS, provided by Infinite Barakah Ventures, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an organization or signing in, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. The service

Cashflow OS is a cash management layer that sits on top of your accounting system. It tracks payables, receivables, post-dated cheques, debt facilities and cash forecasts. It is not an accounting system, does not file tax returns, and does not move money.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the actions of users you invite, and for keeping credentials confidential. Roles within an organization are set by that organization's administrators.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you load. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export a complete copy at any time from Settings.

4. Subscriptions, trials and payment

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another organization's data, probe or disrupt the service, resell access without a written agreement, or upload unlawful material. We may suspend an account that does, with notice where practicable.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on standard plans. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable. Enterprise customers may agree a separate service level in writing.

7. Third-party connections

Connecting Zoho Books or any other system is at your election, and its own terms continue to apply. Those connections are read-only into Cashflow OS: we never write back to your accounting system.

8. No financial advice

Cashflow OS presents your own figures and derived forecasts. It does not provide financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and outputs should be reviewed by a qualified person before being acted on.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data arising from your own systems.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 30 days after written notice. On termination you have 90 days to export your data, after which it is deleted.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
